India has dismissed Pakistan’s allegations of being linked to attacks by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and urged Pakistan to address the “long-standing demands” of Baloch rebels. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal rejected Pakistan's “baseless allegations”. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi alleged that the attacks in Gwadar, Quetta, and Pasni were carried out with India's help.
Jaiswal urged Pakistan to focus on addressing the demands of its people in the region, citing its record of suppression and human rights violations. Naqvi had accused India of being behind the attacks by BLA, which claimed responsibility for the violence. BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch stated that the attacks are part of Operation Herof 2.
Baloch claimed that BLA fighters established positions in a Pakistan military camp in Noshki and blockaded the coastal highway of Balochistan.
