U-Win Portal

What is U-Win Portal?

The U-Win portal is a digital platform launched by the Government of India to digitize and manage the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP). It serves as a single source of truth for real-time tracking of vaccination records, beneficiaries, vaccine stocks, and cold chain management across the country.

Historical Background

Building on the success and experience of the Co-WIN platform, which was instrumental in managing the COVID-19 vaccination drive, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) developed U-Win to modernize and streamline the routine immunization program. A pilot project for U-Win was launched in January 2023 in 65 districts across India.
